Opening the horizons of color
Ekstreem Holding has launched the production of a full range of alcohol-soluble ready-made paints, tinting pastes and varnishes for flexographic and rotogravure printing according to original recipes.
Alcohol-soluble flexo inks differ from competing technologies (water-based and UV-curable) by their improved price-to-print ease of use on non-absorbent substrates (plastic films and laminates).

Own quality control laboratory and development department
Own department of technological control includes three directions: the department of quality control of input raw materials, the department of quality control of products and the development department (R&D).
In the production of products for each department, a list of control measures is determined, and a set of regulatory, technical and methodological documentation, which as a whole constitute a comprehensive product quality management system.
The aim of the research activities of our laboratory is the development of new materials, as well as the improvement and processing of existing ones in accordance with new areas of application.
Quality control of raw materials and finished products is carried out according to many parameters, such as viscosity, content of the main substance, solids content, grinding quality, hiding power, whiteness, color coordinates, adhesion level, durability of the paint layer and others.

PRINTING PAINT NSF/PET SERIES
Solvent based paint series based on polyurethane binder modified with cellulose ethers. Designed for reverse printing on polyester (PET) film materials with subsequent lamination. High temperature resistance up to 200ºС.
PRINTING PAINT NSF/ENSO SERIES
Solvent-based ink series based on modified nitrocellulose binder, designed for surface printing – bags, packaging, labels. Recommended for combined work, provides high printing properties, both on raster and spot
PRINTING PAINT NSF/U SERIES
Solvent-based ink series based on a modified nitrocellulose binder, designed for surface and reverse (interlayer) printing with subsequent lamination. Universal series, chemical printing. arr. PET, CPP, PP, PE, metallized primed films. High pigmentation, standard drying speed – recommended for labels, packaging films, simple laminates. High temperature resistance up to 180ºС.
PRINTING PAINT NSF/BAG SERIES
Solvent-based ink series based on modified nitrocellulose binder, specially designed for surface printing on PE/PP bags (solid work)
PRINTING PAINT NSF/PA SERIES
Solvent based paint series based on a polyamide binder. Designed for surface printing on PE, PP, metallized primed films. Increased adhesion and resistance to abrasion and scratching.
PRINTING PAINT NSF/U SLOW SERIES
Solvent-based ink series based on a modified nitrocellulose binder, designed for surface and reverse printing with subsequent lamination, with a reduced drying rate.
AUXILIARY PRODUCT OVERPRINT VARNISH 50/50
The BSP-03-SB Protective Varnish is designed to cover printed materials where increased weather resistance or high gloss levels are required. This varnish is also recommended for use to reduce color saturation and achieve weaker shades.
AUXILIARY PRODUCT EXTENDER
Medium Extender is designed to reduce color saturation and achieve weaker shades. This product is also used to improve filling. To prevent the reduction of the adhesion of the paint layer, the recommended dosage level is no more than 30%.
AUXILIARY PRODUCT EXTENDER PET
BSP-04-SB Brightener Varnish is designed to reduce color saturation for NSF/PET ink series. This product is also recommended for use as a protective heat-resistant varnish.
AUXILIARY PRODUCT OVERPRINT VARNISH 80/20
Varnish brightener BSP-02-SB is designed for the preparation of spot pantone colors with a transparent mass content of more than 30%. This varnish is also recommended for use to reduce color saturation and achieve weaker shades.
